Constituency is pleased to confirm that it has successfully completed its ISO 27001 Stage 1 audit and has been formally recommended to proceed to the final Stage 2 certification audit. Following the successful Stage 1 assessment, the Stage 2 audit will take place on the 13th and 15th of April 2026. This final stage will determine the outcome of Constituency's ISO 27001 certification and marks an important step towards full compliance with the internationally recognised Information Security Management Systems standard.
The Stage 2 audit is designed to validate that Constituency's information security controls are not only well designed but are fully implemented and operating effectively across the organisation. The audit will focus on how information security is embedded within everyday operations, decision making, and service delivery.
As part of the audit scope, Constituency will be assessed on the design, development, hosting, delivery, and ongoing support of the cloud based Constituency platform. This includes the associated information assets, systems, and business processes that underpin the platform, as well as the protection of personal and organisational data processed within the service environment. The audit will be conducted in alignment with Constituency's Statement of Applicability, covering the selected and implemented security controls that are appropriate to the organisation's risk profile.
Successfully progressing to Stage 2 reflects the strength of the foundations established during Stage 1 and demonstrates that Constituency's policies, procedures, and risk management approach align with ISO 27001 requirements. It also reinforces the organisation's commitment to safeguarding sensitive data, maintaining service resilience, and ensuring transparency and accountability for all stakeholders.
