How does identity verification work

Citizens and representatives upload a government ID. A trained reviewer checks the ID. There is no automated decision. This reduces abuse and impersonation.

What is the difference between private and public issues

Private issues are visible only to your chosen representative and their authorised staff. Public issues appear in the public library to build awareness. We do not display personal identifiers on public pages.
