Constituency — Terms & Conditions (General)

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Constituency platform (“Service”). 1.2 By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.3 If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Citizen means an individual user who submits issues or petitions. Representative means an elected official or authorised office user. Content means any text, files, submissions or materials uploaded to the Service.

The Service provides a secure digital platform for verified citizens to submit issues and for representatives to respond. We may update or improve the Service at any time.

Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Two-factor authentication may be required.

You must not: • Post unlawful or abusive content • Harass or threaten others • Upload copyrighted material without permission • Attempt to disrupt the platform

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant us a limited licence to operate and display content within the Service.

The Service may integrate third-party providers such as hosting, analytics or payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may occur.

Certain representative features may require paid subscriptions. All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase.

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Users may exercise data rights at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes from submissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
